Meet Kathryn

Pregnancy Yoga Teacher • Motherhood Mentor • Mother of Three

Hi, I'm Kathryn, founder of Beautifully Abundant™.

I'm a 350-hour trained yoga teacher with specialist training across pregnancy and postpartum yoga, restorative yoga, Yin and Yoga Nidra — and I'm also a mother of three.

My own journey through pregnancy, birth and motherhood has shaped the way I teach just as deeply as my formal training.

I believe pregnancy deserves to be supported as more than a physical experience - it's a transformation.

This session brings together movement and breath with rest, awareness, compassion, trust and the deeper philosophy of yoga to support you through that transformation.

I'm not here to teach you how to have the “perfect” pregnancy, birth or motherhood experience.

I'm here to give you practices, knowledge and space to help you feel more connected to yourself as you navigate your own.

Ancient wisdom made simple for modern motherhood.
